Support
Write to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Include your server's operating system and, if it's about a server, the output of onetty setup --check.
Getting started
- Open the app, sign in with Google and create your team.
- Team → Servers → Add server, and run that line on each server (install guide).
- On your phone, open onetty.app and add it to the Home Screen. Invite your team from Team → Invitations: they get a link and sign in with Google.
Common questions
My server doesn't show up
On the server run onetty agent status. It should say it's connected to hub.onetty.app. If not, check that the server can reach hub.onetty.app over HTTPS, and run onetty setup.
A session doesn't show as live
Sessions started before installing the agent appear but without live state. Start them again, or run onetty hooks install and restart the agent.
Allow or the terminal asks for Face ID every time
Each server asks once per device and remembers it for a while. On a Mac without Touch ID, approve the request from your iPhone: it lasts up to 12 hours.
Someone left the team
An admin removes them in Team → People. They lose access to every server at once.
I can't see a teammate's session
Sessions are private to whoever started them. The owner or an admin can share them (view or use) from the session's Share button.
